What kind of crafts can I do?
Anything you’d like! Everyone is welcomed to bring a different and independent project. Crafts and Conversation is a space for you to be able to work on any personal projects you have in a community setting. Feel free to paint, scrapbook, draw, sew, embroider, mend, crochet, sculpt and more! Feel free to share your crafting progress with the group for encouragement and ideas as you go!

[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]

Do I have to craft?
Crafting isn’t necessary to join in with Crafts and Conversation! The purpose of this group is to create a safe space both for creative endeavours and for guided conversations about our safety and our communities. Feel free to garden, cook, clean, grab a cup of tea, or just listen to the conversation during our weekly sessions!

[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]

What topics will we be discussing?
Crafts and Conversation will open the floor for many discussions. Along with conversations about art and crafting techniques as we work, we will have discussions about community: the things we love, the things we’d like to see improved, and ways our community could be more safe to meet our needs. We’ll discuss online safety, and provide tools for recognizing scams and scams and fraud.
